What we do

Eight services. One accountable company.

From the sensor in the pipe to the notification on your phone, one team is responsible. No finger-pointing between the instrument supplier, the panel builder, the contractor and the software vendor — because they are all us.

In the app

Drawn the way an engineer expects to see it

Pumps, valves, motors and instruments in standard P&ID symbols, every one tagged. Normal running stays quiet; colour only appears when something needs you.

Service 01 · MonitoringThe whole station live: suction, discharge, flow and both pumps, refreshed every few seconds.
InCon pump detail screen for P-101: runtime, flow, contactor closed, motor protection healthy, three phase currents near 100 A with 0.8% imbalance, three line voltages near 460 V, and start/stop controls.
Service 02 · ControlEvery phase current and line voltage, with start and stop one tap away. Every command is confirmed, attributed and logged.
InCon alarm screen: motor protection on M-101 tripped on phase imbalance, and the standby pump P-102 took over three seconds later with discharge pressure held.
Service 04 · AlertingWhat happened, when, and what the system already did about it, in one message.

Service 01

Remote monitoring

Every value that matters at your facility — pressure, level, flow, temperature, water quality, current, voltage and energy — read continuously and kept on permanent record. You stop relying on someone remembering to check, and you stop arguing about what happened last Tuesday.

  • Live values
  • Full history
  • Trends & comparisons
  • Exportable records
In engineering terms16-bit analogue acquisition · 4–20 mA, 0–10 V and 0–5 V loops · Modbus RTU and TCP · BACnet/IP · pulse and dry-contact counting · 110–420 V AC opto-isolated status · local buffering so nothing is lost if the link drops
Service 02

Remote control

Start and stop plant, change a setpoint, open a gate, switch a lighting zone — from wherever you are. A night call-out that used to mean a drive across the country becomes a decision made in thirty seconds, with the record to show for it.

  • Pump start / stop
  • Setpoint changes
  • Gates & barriers
  • Lighting zones
In engineering termsRelay outputs · analogue speed reference to variable-speed drives · chiller and AHU setpoint write-back over BACnet/IP and Modbus · commands constrained to safe limits · role-based authorisation on every action
Service 03

Automation & optimisation

The routine decisions stop needing a person. Pressure held to target instead of pumps slamming on and off. Duty shared so two pumps wear like two pumps, not like one. Lights and air matched to the floors actually in use. This is where the energy bill falls and the equipment stops dying young.

  • Pressure & flow control
  • Duty rotation
  • Occupancy schedules
  • Energy trimming
In engineering termsPID loops driving VFD speed reference from a pressure or flow setpoint · duty/standby alternation on run hours · trading-hour, occupancy and holiday calendars · a notification raised on every automated action
Service 04

Alerting & incident management

An alarm that sounds in an empty plant room is not a warning — it is a recording. Ours reach a named person on their phone, escalate to the next person if nobody answers, and close out as a timestamped report you can hand to anyone who asks.

  • Push · SMS · email
  • Routed by role
  • Escalation chains
  • Incident reports
In engineering termsMulti-level thresholds per point (warning / caution / critical), each with its own recipients, escalation timer and automated response action
Service 05

Integration with what you already own

You do not need to replace a working control system to get what it never gave you. We read what is already installed — controllers, protection relays, meters, drives, chillers — and add the mobile access, alerting and history on top of it, without touching the logic that keeps your plant running.

  • Existing SCADA / PLC
  • Building management systems
  • Protection relays
  • Mechanical meters
In engineering termsModbus RTU/TCP register maps · BACnet/IP object discovery · pulse tie-in on existing mechanical meters · 0–10 V and 4–20 mA interposing · read-only by default, write-back only where you authorise it
Service 06

Electrical & instrumentation engineering

The physical work, by our own electrical engineers rather than a subcontractor who leaves before commissioning. Enclosure design, motor protection, signal isolation, plant-room and riser wiring, instrument selection and calibration — specified to your facility, not to a catalogue.

  • Panel design & build
  • Motor protection
  • Instrument selection
  • Commissioning
In engineering termsGalvanically isolated loops · surge and transient protection · correct earthing and screening practice · loop calibration records handed over at commissioning
Service 07

Apps, dashboards and reporting

Your team gets the live site on their phones, each with their own secure login and their own permissions. Your managers get the reports — energy by tenant, water by zone, downtime by asset — without anyone building a spreadsheet on a Friday afternoon.

  • iOS · Android · desktop
  • Per-user logins
  • Scheduled reports
  • Activity log
In engineering termsRole-based access by user, department and zone · multi-factor authentication · complete, exportable audit trail of every command and configuration change
Service 08

Managed engineering & support

People, not just software. Our engineering team watches the system alongside your staff, tunes it as the facility changes, and picks up the phone when something moves. The system you buy in year one is not the system you are stuck with in year five.

  • Shared oversight
  • Ongoing tuning
  • Remote updates
  • Training for your team
In engineering termsThreshold and escalation tuning as you learn what normal looks like · no per-tag or per-point licensing to renegotiate as the system grows
How we are different

Nothing is out of reach, and nothing is metered

One company for the whole chain

Instruments, panel, installation, the field equipment, the platform and the app — designed and delivered by one team. One number to call when anything needs to change.

No per-point licensing

Add parameters, zones and sites without renegotiating a licence. Growth should not be a commercial event.

Improvements arrive, not upgrades

Delivered as a service. The platform keeps getting better instead of ageing into a replacement project every few years.

Not tied to one product line

Our own platform where it is the right answer, third-party PLC hardware where that is — and the two integrated together when the combination beats either on its own. The difference is fit, not quality, and choosing correctly is the engineering.

Next step

Not sure which of these you need?

Most people are not. That is what the survey is for — we walk the facility, see what is already there, and tell you which of these actually apply to you and which do not.
